Where the prophets are today? Where is the still, small voice of God? Is there anyone in Chicago or on this planet that is willing to speak against the powerful people of our time? Is there anyone who will speak against the violence that has overtaken not only America but the world? It seems to me that it has become not only unpopular but dangerous to speak out against violence. You can’t even where a red ball cap without being in danger of someone wanting to fight you or worse.

You will come crashing down hard the very minute you think you got this Christian life all figured out. That's why I am here every week trying to drill it into our heads over and over! That we need to Read our Bible over and over. That's why you should pray over and over. That's why you should come here every week, over and over, week after week, and hear the preaching and the teaching of the Word. LISTEN, YOU….WE DON'T HAVE IT ALL DOWN. MOST OF US DON'T EVEN HAVE THE BASICS DOWN YET!

Deception is about pretending to be something else. Today on Apostolic Talking, we will be discussing False Religions, False Preachers False Teachers, etc. Oh yeah Church, we will be naming names! John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

In order for us to be pure God may have to remove some impurities that you don't want to give up. Once those impurities are exposed and brought to the surface then they can be cleared away, leaving behind only what’s 100% pure.

A famous quote from Thomas Jefferson’s puts it this way, we have "inalienable right" to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." Inalienable - refers to a set of human rights that are fundamental, they are not awarded by human power, and cannot be surrendered. They come from outside anything we do or say.The way we enjoy our freedoms is spending our time with our families, friends and work. We control our money for the most part deciding what we NEED. We exercise our freedom in countless ways each day with all the decisions we make for ourselves. Even our teenage children have freedom of choice that far exceeds what the majority of the world’s adults can even imagine.

Look Church, no matter how good you are, it will not compensate for your lack of knowledge of the Word of God. You have to be obedient to the Word. So many people today believe that if you are a good person you are going to Heaven. IF YOU ARE ONE OF THESE PEOPLE, YOU...ARE...WRONG! SOME SIMPLE MENTAL BELIEF IN JESUS WILL NOT SAVE YOU!

Although the world continues to tempt us from time to time, we are to forsake Satan’s evil system.

Anywhere that you allow access to the inside, eyes/mouth/ears is dangerous for you. This allows the infection of this nasty world to touch you. The eyes must be guarded against the things of this world that could cause you to sin. The lust of your eyes, no matter if it is something you desire and can’t afford or porn .

Matthew 6:8 ...foryour Father knoweth what things ye haveneed of, before ye ask him.So the greater value of prayer is NOT theasking for our NEEDS, but rather, theasking for our DESIRES.What we must understand is that Prayerformally expresses our DESIRES to Godand then we must have the faith toanticipate that God will intervenemiraculously and supernaturally becausewe have asked.

We grip and complain about the way people act, yet it seems that most people answer evil with evil. We as Apostolics must learn to stand up. We have to start making a difference in the lives of those around us. When evil strikes, we must stand up! We must show that when evil strikes we live upright, no matter what comes our way, no matter the challenges that come our way, we must be Godly examples for others to see. This my friend is how they will find encouragement in this sorrowful time that we are living in.
