Today we are going to dive into combining both nutrition and fitness, so that you achieve the dream results, most optimal, amazing results, transformational results. How serious do you want to get/ what are these goals to you? What is your exact goal? Abs? Toned? More muscle? Nutrition and the right exercise program has to be tailored to that specific goal. It’s individual to each person, biofeedback is important to focus on. Listen to your body and what you are going to do to workout, what to eat and when to eat. You can get good results with just exercise and just nutrition, but with both it’s magical! New Level New Devil/ goals continue to change and more detailed, is what you are doing supporting that? Doing everything right and found workouts and it worked, you saw results, you lost the body fat and you plateaued. Your body adapts after doing cardio for so long, cardio isn’t the answer (depends on the person). Science and the difference between strength training, HIIT, cardioCardio: pro : easy to do and to start. Ride a bike, run, walk on the treadmill. Good for you and your cardiovascular health. Works great at first  and at a point it stops (because you get good at it and your body adapts). Cons: Your body will start to get used to it and you will spend hours and hours to even have it make a difference (so you are trading time away). Yes, you burn cals but you are not focusing on building strength and muscles (not for the long run). HIIT: mix of both. Pro: Good for time efficient workouts, more bang for your buck, fast/quick, easy, community. A lot of variation, and will only take you so far based on your goals. Cons: Working one energy system (metabolic system) because of the heart rate being so high. No variety with that. No progressive overload (can’t build strength. No individuality. Not goal specific. Strength training: Pros: don’t have to spend hours in the gym to see changes, just have to tweak one thing: reps, movement, weight, more options/different variations, don’t need to sacrifice time. Can do this your ENTIRE JOURNEY, and easily switch things in order to progress, leads to long term results, Cons: can be daunting/dreading, doing it by yourself/alone, don’t have a spotter if you are alone, can be confusing - not sure what you are doing-- how do i write a workout plan

we all want to have more clarity, control, organization in our weeks!! TRUST US WE STRUGGLE WITH THIS TOO!It's important to have a plan people!! If you fail to plan then you plan to fail! especially if it's ALL SO NEW TO YOU and your current routine! Plan like a pro/ planning out your schedule to be successful write down the hats you wear (mom, job, etc.)/ what you do Pick the days you will do each item. STRUCTURE IT OUTNon negotiables (things you need to do) How do you like to plan stuff out (whatever you want throughout the day or structure). Flexible vs. planning in the beginning. Plan for the entire week, first half vs. second half, day by day. Don’t be hard on yourself and figure out what works best for youAVOID-All or nothing mindset when planning. be real with yourself. Non scale victories/ bad relationship with the scale/ how to break up with your scale how to heal your relationship with the scale What to use to track progress insteadWhat to put more focus on Scale: data points Scale causes you to judge. You don’t want to be judging yourself and the scale only tells a part of the story. Your perception vs. the reality of what is going on. Talking points/ steps Scale doesn’t define or dictate your worth, progress, or results. Get curious: biofeedback and tracking. Take a step back and take a look at the bigger picture, the scale helps you find the story, but is not the story. Use the scale for curiosity.
