This week, we learned what it means to live forgiven—and to forgive. As we close this series, we declare a commitment to live with a forgiving spirit. Jesus teaches that the kingdom of heaven is near, and at its center is forgiveness. We’re challenged to remember how much we’ve been forgiven and what it looks like to extend that same grace to others in a divided world. Forgiveness isn’t easy, and it doesn’t ignore pain—but it leads to freedom.

This week, we’re drawing a line in the snow and declaring who we’re called to be in Christ. After focusing on consistency, responsibility, and wisdom, we’re leaning into a powerful missing ingredient: godly grit—the perseverance to keep pedaling even when life feels uphill. From biblical truth to real-life stories, this message explores why struggle often produces strength, how God uses trials to mature us, and why quitting isn’t part of our calling. If you’re facing something hard right now, this message will encourage you to stay in the race, find your support team, and keep your eyes on what matters most.

This year, we are declaring wisdom in a world filled with noise, opinions, and endless information. Biblical wisdom goes beyond knowing right from wrong. It teaches us how to live faithfully in the gray spaces of everyday life. Drawing from Proverbs and the life of Jesus, this message explores how true wisdom begins with reverence for God and is formed through immersion in Scripture, obedience to God’s ways, and life-giving, Christ-centered community. Wisdom is not accidental. It is cultivated by following Jesus and allowing His truth to shape our thinking, our decisions, and the way we live each day.

We’re not making resolutions, we’re making declarations. This message calls us to move from “I hope” to “I declare” by taking responsibility for our lives with God’s help and the power of the Holy Spirit. Instead of blaming others or living with a victim mentality, we’re challenged to look in the mirror, own our part, and take action, because faith without action is dead. From Genesis to the teachings of Jesus, Scripture shows that God designed us to be responsible people who grow, heal, and overcome. You may have been hurt, wronged, or even victimized, but in Christ you don’t have to stay stuck. Real transformation begins when we stop the blame game, embrace repentance, and step forward in faith, declaring that the buck stops with us.

As a new year begins, let's choose to move away from empty resolutions and instead make bold declarations about who we are becoming. Real change doesn’t come from hoping things will be different, but from living with consistency, doing daily what truly matters, even when growth feels slow. By starting small, staying patient, planning for failure, and learning to love the process, transformation will take root in every area of life. This is an invitation to stop drifting, step out of autopilot, and declare a life of purpose, faith, and steady obedience in the year ahead.
New beginnings start with honest endings. Let's close out 2025 together by discovering the freedom that comes when we let go of what holds us back and make room for what God wants to grow.
In this opening message of the "I Declare" series, you're invited to identify what needs to stop so you can move into the new year with clarity, freedom, and purpose.
We often approach January focused on what we want to add—new goals, new habits, new commitments. But wisdom is sometimes subtractive. Before we can fully embrace who God is calling us to be, we need to take an honest look at what's been weighing us down and have the courage to let it go.
This series is about stepping out of fear, shame, and spiritual passivity and learning to declare—and live—what God says is true. It starts here, with a single question: What necessary ending is waiting for you on the other side of this year?

If Christmas is supposed to be "good news of great joy," why do so many of us feel anything but joyful? In a world marked by anxiety, comparison, and heaviness, this message explores what it really means to experience the kind of joy the angels announced—not a temporary happiness dependent on circumstances, but a deep-rooted, defiant joy anchored in Jesus.
Discover the difference between chasing happiness (which comes and goes) and cultivating joy (which remains). Like a tree that appears barren in winter yet draws life from deep roots beneath the frozen ground, we can find a joy that holds—even through grief, struggle, and uncertainty. This message invites you to untether your joy from circumstances and ground it in the unchanging faithfulness of God.

What if the greatest news ever told first came to the most unlikely audience? This message takes us through the familiar Christmas story, focusing on the divine message that pierced the darkness: "Fear not." Discover how the terrified shepherds' experience mirrors our own struggles with fear in today's anxiety-filled world. Through Scripture, learn how Jesus' presence shrinks our fears, His power overcomes them, and His promises carry us through them. The angel's proclamation at Christ's birth connects with Jesus' own words throughout His ministry and after His resurrection, showing how "Do not be afraid" isn't just a comforting phrase, but a revolutionary way of living made possible through Christ. Just as God met shepherds in their darkness, He meets us in ours—inviting us to exchange our fears for the peace that comes from trusting in Emmanuel, God with us.

How do we truly make an impact for Jesus? A surprising study of two missionary teams in Thailand revealed that those focused on blessing others saw 48 people come to faith—while those focused solely on conversion saw just one. This message unpacks the final practice in our BLESS series: sharing your story. Discover how to be ready with a simple, authentic three-part story of your life before Jesus, how you met Him, and what life has been like since. When we live Jesus-shaped lives that provoke questions, we'll have opportunities to share the hope within us—with gentleness and respect. On this All Saints weekend, we're reminded of the faithful witnesses who blessed us with their stories, and we're challenged to become part of someone else's cloud of witnesses.

Jesus spent more time eating with people than almost anything else—tax collectors, sinners, outcasts. Why? Because the table is where grace happens.
In a world of isolation and surface-level connections, discover how something as simple as sharing a meal can become a powerful ministry. This message explores Jesus' revolutionary practice of using the dinner table to extend grace, build relationships, and welcome the overlooked. Learn how every meal is an opportunity to live on mission—starting with your own kitchen table. When we open our homes and hearts over food, we give people a taste of the heavenly banquet where everyone has a seat and every name is written in ink.

In a world full of noise where everyone is talking but few are truly listening, we're called to something different. This message explores one of the most powerful ways we can show love to others: by genuinely listening to them.
Drawing from Jesus' encounter with a blind beggar in Luke 18, we discover that listening isn't just about gathering information—it's about giving someone the dignity of being seen and heard. When Jesus stopped for one desperate voice in a crowded street, he modeled what it means to truly pay attention to another person.
Listening is loving. It's how we open hearts, build bridges of trust, and create space for authentic relationships. Whether it's with family, friends, neighbors, or that person God has placed on your heart, learning to listen well is essential to living on mission.
This week's challenge: Practice the gift of active listening. Grab a BLESS card and put practical listening habits into action—because the world needs more people who will hear others the way Jesus does.
