In this episode, we sit down with High School Shop teacher Matt Iaccarino. Matt tells us how one impactful teacher set the trajectory of his career. One thing you may not think of - What educational background do you need to be a shop teacher? Matt teaches everything from Automotive to wood shop, metal shop, drafting, and basic electrical. Matt tells us about the college program he chose and how it has led his career to the high school where he teaches. We talked about the stages of growth and what it was like for a tenant brewing before opening his own space.
