When we saw this article from Tracey Parsons, co-founder of Flockity, we knew we'd want to talk to her about it. Her take: there should be Lemon Laws in recruiting. Data, Performance transparency, incentives that align with larger business needs and more will be on the table!
This week we're joined by Cielo CEO, Marissa Geist to talk about a trend she's been watching closely: the convergence of RPO and SaaS. While the actual talent remains a core business responsibility, the capabilities of a traditional talent partnership are being disassembled to create a unified ecosystem to advise, enable and deliver integrated solutions. We'll be talking about the industry opportunities this creates and what a world of client talent partnerships might look like.
