I have a question... When it says that the early people lived for 700-800 years, is that literal years? Or does the word "year" here mean shorter periods of time? Thank you.

A great resource to become familiar with the Word. "The Word became flesh and dwelt amongst us". Not just for one year, but every year! It is so easy to forget. It is so important to remember and to go back again to the Word, and to hear it anew. Thank you, fr Mike.

Am I understanding this correctly? Did God ask the Israelites to attack a city of the Nephalim? The giants of mythological size who are the descendants of demons and humans? It makes their lack of faith more understandable.
