“If I don’t do my job, I’m going back to homelessness” - Liz Quinones   This week I have a very special guest, Liz Quinones. Liz is now a rockstar Realtor in Orlando but she did not spend her first few years in real estate that way. Liz has gone from losing just about everything to extreme success in a short amount of time as a Realtor. Liz was on the verge of foreclosure before her business did a complete 180 when she switched to EXP Realty. She went from averaging 10 closings per year to expecting to close 40+ deals in her first year with EXP (at only 28 years old!).   Liz spent the first few years of business struggling to make ends meet.
