We have finally seen the launch of the T100 series in Miami over the weekend where the athletes put on a show with some amazing performances. But where the athletes let down by the event? This week we discuss all aspects of the T100 launch and the highs and lows from the Miami event. We discuss the positives like incredible performances by Magnus Ditlev, India Lee, Sam Long and Lucy Charles-Barclay. We then turn our attention to the obvious problems with the event and broadcast. In the wake of the T100 announcement, Alistair Brownlee has suggested that a smaller field size could make World Triathlon events more exciting.  This week we discuss the implications of limiting the World Triathlon Championship Series start list to 20. As we approach the end of the year we look back with American triathlete, Taylor Spivey. Taylor is one of the most consistent performers in short course triathlon and is bouncing back after a late season injury to secure her spot for the Paris Olympics after being left off the team in 2021.
