Beyond the Green

Looking at a golf hole, each one seems unique. Like a fingerprint, moving along with the contours of the earth. The way that it rises out of the landscape, it can’t possibly be replicated. But the idea of importing enduring hole designs from one course to another has been going on since the early 1900s. 

His name would have never reached the history books, if it wasn’t for his friend running late.
