Henry reminds us to limit the negative energies we surround ourselves with either by limiting the negative people that maybe in or come into our lives or by the negative content we see daily on the news or social media. He also tells of a story about how a horse mirrored him and a friend and sent a message through to him as he was open to listening to what it had to say. Once he understood the message the horse walked away.
