This podcast is an extension of the Maternal-Infant Services Network. Real Women's Forum aims to build trusting relationships amongst women by discussing a variety of topics including healthy relationships, sexual health, parenting, misogyny, & racism.

Under this podcast we have created Adolexence. A section that will discuss subjects that pertain to youth. This portion of the podcast aims to discuss mental & sexual health, school life, wellness, nutrition, technology, identity, parenting, and all that concerns being an adolescent in this world.

In this podcast episode the CAPP team interviews Stevenson Monchery and Megan Robbins from TEAM Newburgh. Together we recognize International Overdose Awareness Day, discuss what an opioid overdose is, who is at risk, the importance of harm reduction, as well as what we can and should do if our loved ones or someone we know is experiencing an overdose.

With summer officially kicking off, it is important that we remember to stay hydrated, practice safe swimming, as well as practice firework safety as 4th of July approaches. Make sure to tune in!
In this podcast episode we interview MacKenzie Bachar, Advocacy and Education Director, at Fearless! formerly known as Safe Homes of Orange County. Together we discuss what human trafficking is, we dispel some common human trafficking myths and misconceptions, as well as discuss what are some of the warning signs to look out for that indicate someone may be trying to traffic us or an individual we know. 
For our listeners who may not know, May is Mental Health Awareness Month. In this episode we interview Dhanu Sannesy, president of NAMI Orange County NY. Together we help raise mental heath awareness to help break the mental health stigma that leaves so many people suffering in secret. In this episode we interview Orange County Legislator and Executive Director of the Desmond Center for Community Engagement and Wellness, Genesis Ramos. We get to know a little about Genesis's early life and her journey, as well as some of the work that she does in the Newburgh community. We also discuss what we can do within our own communities to have a positive impact and bring about change.

Together we discuss childhood immunizations; we define what childhood immunizations are, establish the risks and benefits of immunizations, as well as where we can go to receive them.
