This week Goat & Eggy decide to preview the Six Nations in the way only they can... in a bang average fashion. Once the painful preview is out of the way, we have a catch up with Paviors Club Captain, Doug Billam.    Remember to Like. Share. Subscribe
This week, Goat and guest co-host Theo interview Phil 'Eggy' Eggleshaw. We aren't sure why he wanted to be interviewed, because we have heard most of his stories before. Anyhow... here it goes. If you would like to be a guest on The Midlands Rugby Podcast, please just slide in to our DMs on Instagram or Facebook!
This week the lads speak to a member of the Rugby Royal Family, Rob McGeechan. As you may have guessed from the surname, Rob is the son of Sir Ian McGeechan, former Scotland and British and Irish Lions Coach. The lads talk about what it is like growing up as the Son of Sir Ian, community rugby and how to set up a team for members of our community with additional needs. Such a good pod! If you want to be a guest on the Midlands Rugby Podcast, just drop us a message on Instagram or Facebook.
The boys are back, and talking to Veseyans hooker, Adam Baldock. The lads talk about how the season has gone, the Papa John's Cup and also how we can better improve Recruitment and Retention in the sport. If you would like to come on to the pod, do what Adam has done and just drop us a message on instagram!
This week the boys talk to Paviors front row, Jake Baldry. Jake broke in to the Paviors rugby team at the end of last season and has held down his spot.  The lads talk Six Nations (bit late), Community Rugby and our favourite topic, the tackle height law change!
This week, after 3 weeks off, Goat and Eggy speak to Nick Dyson from Scunthorpe!  The boys discuss the new tackle height rule, what Midland's rugby is like and also find out how Eggy want on a rampage at a local hospital. Takes some stopping! If you want to be on the Podcast, just drop us a message on Facebook and Instagram, and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
The lads have had our extended time off, and while we've been away a lot has happened. The boys discuss Steve Borthwick's new squad, and Eddie Jones' new job as Australia Head Coach! There has been a severe lack of Rugby played in the Midlands, so we stuck to international rugby. This pod was recorded before the new law change which has hit the media, but we have written to Bill Sweeney displaying our thoughts. If you would like to see what we wrote, head to our Instagram or Facebook!
This week the boys talk to Lincoln RFC's Director of Rugby, Dougie Gordon. This week the hot topics are Eddie's sacking, Women's & Girls Rugby and a cheap trip to Las Vegas.  If you, or someone from your club want to come on to the pod, just drop us a message on Instagram and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year
This week, the lads discuss Eddie Jones - should he stay or should he go? Rumour has it, since the episode has been recorded, Goat has made a U-Turn! It is impressive how little back bone he has. The lads also discuss Regional 2 Midlands, a league they actually know something about!  Remember.... Like. Subscribe. Share.
After another week off (the lads have moved to a bi-weekly pod until Goaty can sort his life out), the lads are back! They discuss all things red roses, international rugby and Midlands Counties 1. If you want to be on the pod, message us on Instagram or Facebook, and we will sort it out!
After two weeks off (poorly boys) the lads are back with a friend of the pod returning! This week it is former Northampton Saint, Wasps and Stade Scrum-Half, Charlie Davies.    We find out what is currently happening down at Chesterfield Panthers Rugby Club, as well as find out how the company Future Smart are helping players from both Wasps and Worcester after both clubs had to terminate the contracts of all staff and players.   Next week, Scottish international Jenny Maxwell joins the lads to discuss everything Allianz Premier 15s, the World Cup and women's rugby in the Midlands. One not to miss!
This week the lads speak to Wellingborough RFC's member, Owen Tomalin. We hear about the Back to Rugby scheme, an extra tomato at breakfast and Owen's old party trick!  As well as this, Goat & Eggy do a round up of all the Counties 3 (Midlands) leagues. We apologise in advance... they don't know much about the West Midlands... and it shows.
This week we talk to Oundle's Director of Rugby, Jon Phillips. The lads discuss how rugby has changed, how it needs to change, and one or two stories about some people you may know.  Remember - Like. Share. Subscribe... Pass the pod on!
Despite poor WiFi (Sorry!) and it being two days late (Super Sorry!), this week's Pod is here! Remember to subscribe on Spotify, Apple and Google Podcasts as well as following us on Instagram and Facebook!    See you shortly!
The Boys are back New Series, New Name, Same Blokes Goat is shrinking, but the Pod is growing. We spoke to former Wellingborough and Fairford, now current Paviors player, Ben Taylor. Who knew a tour to Nottingham would set him up for the rest of his life? He didn't, but the Gods of NG1 had differently plans. The new podcast needs growing - and that is up to you. Let everyone you know that the Pod is now for absolutely everyone!
The end of PavsPod... as you know it! Watch out for the big announcement in this episode! WE ARE GOING BIG.  This week we talk to George Billam and reflect on the season gone by... and what a year it has been.  Have a good season off, and we will see you at the start of our NEW podcast!
This week, Goat & Eggy talk to former Nottingham, Tigers and Wasps player turned coach, Matt Everard. We discuss team socials, Richard Cockerill and community rugby.  Remember to like, share and subscribe to PavsPod.
This week, Goat and Eggy talk to former Paviors, and current Bridgnorth front row favourite (and viral sensation), Adam 'Big Dog' Stirling. What a man. We talk about fancy dress, initiations and Big Dog's Plunger. If you've heard it, you know.  If you think you have what it takes to be a guest on PavsPod, or know someone that would be interesting to talk to, please let us know!  Remember... LIKE. SHARE. SUBSCRIBE.
This week listeners, Phil came up with the bright idea to interview The Goat. LOCK YOURSELVES IN. Phil, and guest co-host George Billam grill Goat, and yes, there are some surprises for him.  We apologise in advance.
This week Goat & Eggy talk to Fiona Davies, aka The Lady Rugby Ref (@ladyrugby_ref) on instagram. We talk welsh rugby, refereeing, and the unfortunate situation of a rise in abuse towards match day officials. Also, Goat is quite tipsy... you have been warned. Remember to like, share and subscribe!
