Lucy and Lisa share three tips each based on their experience as freelance mobile hairdressers. Sometimes the littlest of things can make the biggest difference to you, and these are tried and tested recommendations. This week we took a different approach to things. We are happy souls and always look at the glass as half full wherever and whenever possible but, that doesn’t mean we haven’t experienced darker moments. Here Lisa and I are talking all things mental health and mindfulness. Lifting the lid off a subject that is still seen as taboo a lot of the time, and therefore one that is important to speak openly and honestly about. If you are struggling, PLEASE speak to someone.
