what about making an episode on "The Frank"?
Being on either side of his target age group, the three of you really missed something by not growing up with him on your TV. Speaking as a nearly-50 year-old who did, though, it was interesting to hear your outside perspective of him. Love your show, by the way. Working my way through all of them right now.
People complaining about the temporary nature of the deaths of those who died during Thanos' Snapture can just shut the hell up forever. It's pedantic and LAZY criticism that completely misses the goddamn point of what happened. It wasn't SUPPOSED to trick you into thinking they were gone forever, you ignorant, non-source-material-researching morons. You're not MEANT to believe they're dust forever; otherwise Marvel wouldn't have announced a second Infinity War, or who got contracts that expired when, or which heroes are getting second (or first) movies. You're meant to feel the immediate horror of it, to ache for the loss and survivor's guilt of those who, only through chance, remained to mourn those who vanished. To know that this darkest hour is not the FINAL hour, that the heroes who failed may yet win the day, that it is the JOURNEY more than this OBVIOUSLY TEMPORARY WAYPOINT that matters. So if that's one of your "issues" with the movie, then just fuck right off with that bullshi
Great podcast, LOVE the Mads. Fan from back in the early 90s. But I do wish the F bombs would be kept to a minimum for younger fans who enjoy your work too.
