The season didn’t end where we wanted it to. The committee showed little to no love for us and the BE. Would hate to face a pissed off Rick Pitino next year!!

St. John’s holds on for a narrow victory Vs PC at MSG. The johnnies are 4-1 and tied for first in BE play.
St. John’s moves to 3-1 in the big East thanks to the continued dominance of Joel Soriano (20 & 8) and the solid support of DJ Jenkins. Providence comes to the garden for a big time opportunity for St John’s to beat a team they could be competing with come tournament birth time.

I made it down to CA for the first ever time to make sure I could say I was there from Day 1 for this new look St. John’s team under coach Pitino. Damn am I happy I did so!
