This week I bring on an incredible guest to help the podcast break out of the teens! Among many things, we’re able to take a deep dive into Lord of the Rings The Two Towers and Return of the King as well as discuss the canon controversy of Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor & Shadow of War. After getting our fill of LOTR video games, we hit everything from the Battlefield series (including the hype for 2042 & Portal), doing donuts at Petco Park in NFS: Midnight Club 3, holding on to the skateboard in Little Big Planet, to why cinematic sequences in video games are arguably as quality as Oscar winning films. This week I bring on none other than my beautiful girlfriend who can hand me my @$$ in many games these days. We talk about how her introduction to gaming was an architecture modeling program... why she loves PC gaming, what it’s like owning a Nintendo Switch, and what it’s like being the boyfriend of a #gamergirl and vis a versa. This is one of my most anticipated episodes because she is the first woman on the podcast but also because I love talking video games with my Bebe. Happy Holidays!
This week I bring on Alex Campbell aka akyankeefan, a good friend of mine from college and we discuss the good 'ol days of playing Nintendo 64 with the neighborhood kids, what it's like to own an XBox Series X, how we can like Assassin's Creed in completely different ways, and how the Playstation 2 and XBox were revolutionary for sports games. "EA Sports. It's in the game."

This week I bring on Spencer McMath aka DesertPunk94715 to discuss our caution for next gen games, looter shooters and how they manage repetitive gameplay with trying to bring something new to the table, and McMath flips the script and has me dive into the differences between God of War 2018 and Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
This week I bring on one of my best friends from back home (the good 'ol 916), Chris Lunger AKA The_Demon_Child, and we talk about objective gameplay versus immersion/role playing, the role of video games in entertainment today, and why Sony is the master race.
