You know what my favorite thing about Shurima is? I don't know. But it's not Azir. And thankfully, we didn't have to talk about him much in this episode! Truly, even the Wiki wasn't interested in that guy. Shurima is the largest region in Runeterra, so naturally, we rambled on for 90 minutes. It has a ton of history and champions not only from Shurima, but many who have connections there. Including the Black Rose. It's nice to get another full length novel of League lore! Ambessa: Chosen of the Wolf: A League of Legends Novel: Arcane was a great look into parts of Ambessa's character that Arcane greatly struggled with. Although there aren't a ton of champions in the book, the novel does a great job expanding the few League champions it does include. Mostly Rell.
