This week James talks with Justin Brown the founder of Stay The Course Leadership. Before starting Stay the Course Leadership, Justin had spent the last eight years coaching at multiple levels in the baseball industry. At the age of 26 he became one of the youngest head coaches in the NCAA. Alongside his coaching duties he served as a college athletic administrator as well as an adjunct professor in strategic leadership in sport. After successfully leading two collegiate baseball programs, Justin left the coaching ranks to spend more time with his family and launch Stay the Course Leadership. Justin just recently released his first book, Stay The Course: Five Transformational Principles of Leaders Who Last.James and Justin discuss the inspiration behind the book as well as topics of influence, legacy and servant leadership.
