Friendships and sisterhood is one of the most important pillars to have and to nurture. So much of what we can learn about love and life can be found through sisterhood. This episode is all about what it means to live a creative life and how we are all considered creatives. Being a creative isn't exclusive to artistic creation but by definition "bringing something into existence" which is what we do every day by cultivating our morning routine and other life style fundamentals. We reference Rick Rubin's book 'The Creative Act' and his philosophies on how we could nurture this outlook on life every day.
This episode is all about love and relationships where we each share our personal experiences in relationships from what worked to what didn’t, reflect on the different ways love has shown up in our lives and been our teacher, bell hook’s book ‘all about love’ and how we think it’s a book everyone should pick up.
As women in our mid twenties we experience something called "the second puberty" where the things your body was just used to be able to do suddenly feels like it takes 5x more effort/time mentally, emotionally and physically. Moving away from body positivity but toward a state of neutrality where gratitude for your body to be able to simple function for you is the main focus, but not an always an easy perspective shift. Joined by our season 2 guest, Tiffany, we open up about our experience with getting older and how thats impacted us an emotional, mental and physical level.

Since greek life is usually depicted in movies from a social perspective of parties, we decided to give our audience an insight of what it's really like.  In this episode we share our experiences of being apart of sorority life. We converse the worthiness of joining a sorority but ultimately emphasize that each experience is unique.
In this episode, we are joined by Dyana Gonzalez, a fitness enthusiast, and a fellow friend. Were you ever given an idea of how your life should like in your 20s? In this episode, we dissect the narratives that were created for us on how our life should potentially look like by now. We emphasize on how, post graduation, we tend to compare our life to others because we are so embedded with the idea that we were given to us in high school. Now, join us and create your own timeline and exclude yourself from the expected. Your life has its own path.
In this nostalgic humorous episode, we discuss how YouTube has collectively shaped our generation. On this Earth Day, we are joined by our lovely guest Marissa Moran, as she gives us a quick intake on what climate change really is and how it’s been harming our Earth. Together, we exchange the importance of small environmentally conscious decisions we can do individually to help preserve our earth and reduce our carbon footprint. TAKE CARE OF OUR HOME
You asked, we answered. In this episode, we continue the conversation of insecurities based on questions we received from you.
