The Gout Show is a new podcast about one of the oldest - and sorely misunderstood - health conditions. Gout is not just about painful toes or joints and it's not caused by diet. Gout is a serious medical condition impacting nearly 10 million Americans, and it can cause real medical problems if left untreated. But the good news is that it is very treatable. The Gout Show is hosted by Steve, who was recently diagnosed with gout, and we follow along on his mission to learn more about gout so that he can improve his own health. Steve talks with fellow patients and top medical experts while he explores the basics of gout symptoms, its causes, and the treatments available today. The Gout Show also debunks common myths about gout and includes useful tips for taking control of your health with gout. The Gout Show is for anyone who has or knows someone who has gout - to help you understand what living with it is all about - and how do it better.
