I requested to record my interview with Cath as she explored why adults keep hobbies and why they change as we get older. I ended up talking a lot about how to not make a monotised hobbie a chore. This is massively relevant now more than ever as technology evolves and access to online business development provides so many people to monotise their hobbies. Give it a listen if this relates to your currently.
Constructing a fulfilling life is a difficult endeavor. Embracing a mundane existence is no less challenging. The pursuit of your aspirations poses its own set of difficulties. However, not pushing these aspirations and dwelling in a life tainted by remorse is equally hard.  So what will you chose?
When you haven't got facts to determine how the future of your dating life will look, just make sure you're radiating like sunshine yourself. This way, what's meant for you will eventually find it's way. Without facts we need faith though when we are feeling down in the dumps.
Are you an independent woman who pretty much does everything for herself, has her shift together and is very happy yet struggles to date? I have found myself massively imbalanced between my feminine and masculine energy. It's started to effect a lot of departments of my life but mostly my love life and how I show up in the dating scene. Unfortunately, being stuck in our masculine energy has us attracting men we don't like and not allowing room for the masculine type of men we desire. Together lets find the balance through simple steps we can practise more daily.

I have been struggling behind closed doors recently. So much so it’s starting to effect my mental health, and as a result I’ve slowed down on my normal trajectory and the enthusiasm I have for my goals. No one thing has gone wrong, it’s a compound effect of external things that don’t bring me peace. I'm working on it and know it will get better, but to help navigate others feeling the same, lets go through it in real time together.
Taken from my first public talk this year, February 2023! Practising gratitude is a healthy upward spiral. It's training yourself to show appreciation for even the simplest things in life, and by actively practising it - you start just doing it instinctively. This will inevitably improve your outlook on life & people, lighten your mood despite your environment and help you feel more positive in the face of challenges. Subsequently, this will then attract like minded, grateful people like yourself.

On my 32nd birthday I made a list of 15 lessons that I specifically applied in the past 12 months. Ive tried to be concise only reflecting on September 2021 to September 2022, why? Because this has single handedly been the most successful year of my life to date. Running up to 2021 I’ve consistently posted on social media platforms advising you, and myself, how to live a fuller, more productive and happier life. Through deep captions, book and podcast recommendations, edited short videos to inspire and showcasing methods on myself for you to first hand see the effects. This year was different though, whilst I think the road to maturing never ends, Since last September I entered a new kinda stride. A tended to garden doesn't host weeds. Your head can be a dangerous place to live without the right tools to keep 'the garden tended to'. In this episode I explain tips and tricks I use when I catch myself slipping or repeating a negative cycle that only downward spirals. All this advise can be applied regardless of how happy or sad you feel, we don't just take vitamins when we're sick, we take them to maintain our health too. The same applies here with awareness of your thoughts.
I started Detangling Spaghetti back in 2020, whilst it was a success I had a few transitions happening in my own life that left my attention focused more on discovering and less about preaching. I will never talk on a subject I personally haven't gone through and learnt heaps about that I can come back and share with you, nor will I talk about something I'm in the middle of with little clarity yet. How can I authentically try and help you if I haven't figured it out myself yet? On this episode let me share with you where I have been and what I have learned in 2021.
