Signs of Cheating - Part 1 - 1-5

In this 3 minute episode I will discuss the importance of having a contingency plan.  What is your contingency plan when the relationship goes from good to bad?  By making a contingency plan, you will have a plan to get your relationship back on track. 

In my first ever episode we explore some common signs that someone could be cheating.  Please remember that if your significant other is displaying some of these signs there are no guarantees that your significant other is cheating.  There could be other issues going in the relationship or person's life that are causing these signs.  However, these are the signs 1-5 for Part 1 that I have complied for the 5-minutes Part-1 podcast.
