June is men's mental health month, but you probably didn't know that because men rarely talk about their mental or physical health.

In recent times, men have had it rough with cases of simping, toxic masculity, dick shaming etc. getting out of hand. So the mandem decided to sit down and tackle the key issues surrounding manhood and what we'd like to see more of going forward.
