Episode 2 – Weekly Check-In | Gardening, Therapy & PuncturesIn this solo episode of The MYHP Weekly Check-In, I’m catching you up on everything that’s gone on this week – from road trips and Rachel’s birthday to gardening, therapy, and a whole load of bike punctures.I talk about how gardening has become a big part of slowing down and finding balance in my life, why I sometimes struggle to see progress in my work now compared to my bricklaying days, and how therapy continues to help me make sense of things.I also share a moment of realisation from a recent session, and why I’m taking a short break to reflect and rebuild. There’s some frustration too – like Thursday being a write-off after audio issues with the main podcast edit, but getting out on the bike helped turn things around. Thanks for all your continued support and feedback – it means the world. If you’ve got a question or a topic you'd like me to talk about, email me at askmyhpodcast@gmail.com📸 Head to Instagram @myhpodcast to see the photos from this week’s episode.🚴 follow me on strava https://www.strava.com/athletes/866911🎧 No clips from this one – it’s all about quick, on-the-go recording.Hope you’ve had a good week – enjoy your weekend, and I’ll speak to you soon!#MYHPodcast #MentalHealthInConstruction #WeeklyCheckIn #MensMentalHealth #GardeningForWellbeing #TherapyJourney #MentalHealthMatters #ConstructionLife #RealTalk #SelfReflection #LifeOnTheMove #UKPodcasts #SoloPodcast #MindsetMatters #letsgettalkin#ConstructionCommunity #OnTheTrowel #LifeAfterTheTools #WellbeingAtWork #SupportTheTrades #MentalHealthAwarenessUK #BlueCollarWellbeing
