That leads to the thought that if He could not have sinned He could not have been "tempted" in the same way we are and thus it isn't really "temptations " that He endured in the desert, but more of a fixed example. He was fully God and fully man, but for me impeccabity destroys the comfort of knowing Jesus fully understands our struggles on a tangible and "fully human" level. I think the differences in opinion come down to one's view of Christology.
