My mantra is “Human First Female Second” and I believe that my role in life is far greater than being a parent. I am passionate that there is an exciting next chapter and I will be speaking with like-minded women and men who give insights into their journey to happiness whilst living a childfree life.My aim is to be an example, demonstrating that through positive mindset, management of thoughts and taking action, a happy next chapter can be created and enjoyed.If you are ready to put yourself, your health and your mental well being first and you want to embrace your life again then this is the podcast for you.
