Members discuss potential topics for the upcoming IOB assembly in Portugal.

-In this meeting, IOB members discussed regional differences in water quality testing for NSP ecological systems. -Udo Schwartz relays how he was unsatisfied with the accuracy of other water testing labs and began looking for a mobile photometer for testing on his own.  -This problem led to the formation of Udo's own lab that seeks to develop more rapid testing with the best tools available and better metric tracking -Portugal labs are busy with municipal water testing to test NSP water, specifically. Solutions are needed to help unburden laboratory queues so clients can have quicker results for their water test results.
