Rico is upset this week cause the All Blacks lost. So he had to FaceTime his best All Black buddy to analyse everything that went wrong.  He’s known as a good looking bad boy who played 22 tests for New Zealand, 79 Super Rugby games for the Auckland Blues Also represented North harbour and NZ Maori. He’s the most sent-off player in Nz history and he’s none other than Troy Vandem Flavell. Don’t be scared, he really is a lovely chap.
This episode features an interview with Rico’s friend and rugby superstar James O’Connor. James made his international debut for Australia in 2008 at the age of eighteen and since then has played for the Western Force and Melbourne Rebels in Super Rugby. He has also played for the English Premiership side, London Irish and in France for Toulon. His career has gone full circle and after many years, he is back in the number 10 jersey playing for the Wallabies again.  How does he feel? What’s it like?
