It's been over a year since I uploaded a full length episode for the show. Take a moment with me as I go over the reality of seeing my mother again, tragically losing loved ones, and learning how to cope with the weight of grief as I answer some of the questions I have received since the last episode.

Audio warning, I worked for a long time trying to fix the audio in post edit as I usually do. For some reason now my microphone is not working well with my recording platform and regardless what adjusting I do to the audio, the background noise is still there. My apologies. I am dropping this mini-sode to give a bit of insight to what has been transpiring in my life and where I am at with working on my projects. Here is the link to my GoFundMe I mentioned, please feel free to do...

Come have a seat and relax with me while we discuss healing and moving forward from the pain.
This is a very raw and unedited update on the future of my podcast. I want to thank all of my listeners for being so patient with me and hope you all can stick around for where everything is going!
After 8 long months I am back and stronger than ever. In my time away from recording and producing, I really focused on what I need to work on and do for me. Episode 8 brings forth some discussions about self harm and the inner critic, and how to begin to deal with and silence them.
This week's episode is focusing the life long struggle I faced with food and eating at the hands of my mother who never made efforts to improve my health or well being, only expected things to be perfect with minimal effort on her end. Let's take a dive into the ways of a narcissist when they set you up for continuous failure and sabotage.
This week's episode is going to cover some of the ways I have healed from the behaviors my mother displayed during the time of the scam. From shadow work to drowning out the world with music and my own thoughts, we are going to discuss ways to take our power back from the narcissist and keep our boundaries strong even if we are still being influenced.
In this week's episode we are picking back up from Pt 1 of the romance scam my mother became involved in that caused such chaos, it ended everything and gave us all a chance to see just how twisted a narcissist can really be.
In this week's part 1 of 2 episode, I am covering the military romance scam that my mother got involved with that shook the entire foundation of my world.
From life long patterns of behavior brought on by a narcissistic parent, to the ways you can create boundaries and protect yourself against them. This week I will be covering the influence of a narcissist and how that can create a vicious cycle if not handled delicately.
