This episode features Keisha, a multi-faceted individual currently studying Marine Vertebrate Ecology and Conservation at the University of Exeter. She took time out of her busy schedule to speak with us about student life, her love for marine life, mental health, and many other interesting topics.

This is the martial arts episode and we focused on Tang Soo Do with the help of Master Ben Leonard who runs the SU Tang Soo Do society in Falmouth.
