Spontaneous singing … happy 😃 vibes
This exercise is my intuitive drawing of my body as I feel it …and showing me messages that allowed my body deeper subconscious to communicate back to my mind . Good takeaways ;)
Spontaneous singing as I walked under the White Birch and the Moon in the evening. I kept singing this little tune and memorized it in case I forgot and registered the first thing I got home! The key syllable in this song was Homana … which I found out … Ho’omana is a Hawaiian word meaning to make. To empower or empowerment! Wow ! The other syallabal was Heya. In Sanskrit I later found out Heya means : that what is to be abandoned. Cool!!!! Keep singing spontaneously
