You know what they say...til deadlifts do we part. Weight Weight Don't Tell Me is a show about a couple who do powerlifting together out of Washington, D.C. What's your deadlift setup?

Where do you put the bar for low bar squats? On your face. Is low bar squat better? Than CrossFit? Yes. Is low bar squat bad for shoulders? Probably, but who cares, you like lifting.
