Pia Kauitl is a Berlin-based musician, producer, and sound engineer whose work explores the depths of dark, minimalist sound. Over the years, he has experimented across a wide range of genres, ultimately shaping a distinctive sonic identity defined by immersive atmospheres and a forward-thinking, refined aesthetic. This signature approach is evident both in his productions and his DJ sets, where subtle tension and hypnotic textures take center stage. In 2016, guided by a commitment to supporting emerging talent, Pia founded the record label Cuicacalli Music, which has since issued more than 45 releases from 35 artists spanning over 30 countries. Originally from the south of Spain, Kayode grew up immersed in an Afro and jazz musical culture passed down by his father. When he arrived in Paris around 1994–1995, he received his first recorded radio show tape, titled « Techno », from his mother. He loves traveling, and musically he does the same, digging through a wide range of styles. As a teenager, he was first inspired by hip-hop production alongside his brother. Kayode enjoys dancing and spending time in underground scenes, always searching for the right balance between all of this and the infinite possibilities of expression. It was through house and minimal that, in 2020, he joined the label crew Fantastic Friends Recordings to steer the ship of this journey and explore sounds of the past blended with those of the future. Chichöl is a musical artist who has been selecting records to share on dance floors since 2014. In his DJ sets and productions, there is generally a search for a peaceful union between various subgenres of house music,  with a particular emphasis on tribal and traditional sounds. Originally from Córdoba, Argentina, he currently resides in Barcelona, Spain. In addition to supporting the local scene through releases on Restless Music, and the audiovisual production company Delayte Rec., in 2025 Chichöl launched his own label, Romi:er Records, with a different proposal that gives space to various artists to re-interpret sound pieces. This episode features a mix recorded live at Renate in Berlin during the Vivus Showcase. Juri Lichtenwald – active under both his real and stage names – discovered his passion for electronic music. At the age of 15 he experienced his musical horizons expanded to include techno and house, and at 19, he acquired his first mixing desk and some vinyl records. After several years of intensive involvement with club culture and music technology, Juri put his artistic activities on hold for about a decade – but four years ago, he returned with renewed energy and his own music production. Today, his focus is on driving tech house and rominimal, which he combines with a keen sense of dynamics and depth. He has performed his sets in renowned clubs in Basel, including Saxophon, Club 59, and Auffall. He gained international experience through gigs at Belgrade's KPTM club. Musically, Juri was initially influenced by acts such as Sun Project, Sven Väth, Richie Hawtin, and DJ Rush. Today, he is more influenced by the minimalist school of Romanian artists such as Raresh, Aarapu, and many more.
