Merry Christmas Eve! What even is Christmas? Do people need to believe in Jesus to appreciate this time of year? on today's episode, Ashley talks about Christmas time and what it means to her now vs. as a kid with a secular upbringing. Miss me? Today is all about CONFIDENCE! Confidence isn’t comfortable, but it’s necessary to get what you want and deserve in life. Before getting into today’s topic, Ashley shares her new goal for the upcoming year, and how she’s mitigating the risk of getting sex trafficked (It’s a real fear OK). Ashley then explains why confidence is key and HOW to be confident (11:45). Are toxic men destroying your self-worth? Lets talk about that (24:30). This is a longer episode as Ashley goes into therapy mode and talks about the conflict happening behind the scenes with a family member and how she handles the stress and resolution of it all. Every struggled to see eye to eye with a parent? Then you need this episode. Ashley also goes into some horrors she's faced this week, from men on her balcony, to some looks at the MET gala that missed the mark. Ashley shares a milestone she recently hit, while also speaking about the atypical way she celebrated. She surprises her roommate with a Q&A in the middle of a Zumba class, then proceeds to talk about a very controversial topic. WHO SHOULD PAY ON THE FIRST DATE? Ashley shares her opinion and explains why. Tune in to hear her talk about her tragic date in high school with a man nicknamed 'no money'.

She is back, she is feisty, and she has a lot to say. Ashley talks about the annoying part growing up not knowing her parents' mother tongue, while also giving business advice to coffee shop owners. PRO TIP: OPEN EARLIER! Ashley mentioned last week that she made the decision to commit to her faith, which came with lifestyle changes and gives listeners an update on her journey (06:00). She has also added a new fitness class to her workout rotation and shares her exhilarating but painful experience...it involves being penetrated but not in the good way (11:56). She ends off talking about her unpopular opinion on vacationing right now. 

The fun continues this week starting off with how Ashley's iphone was ran over by a car. Ashley jumps right into discussing her weekend escapades that gave her some tough realizations (03:54). Tuesday morning thoughts this week are all about Ashley's new perspective on love, life, and her spirituality (08:12). In this weeks episode, Ashley talking about dating woes, the written and unwritten rules, and the best way to get back into the dating pool. In this weeks episode Ashley talks about hilarious Persian Stereotypes (which are so true in her life), as well as explaining her fraudulent fuck up. On this weeks episode Ashley gives listeners an update on what's new in her life. This includes credit card fraud, being asked to be a bridesmaid, and being sick & tired of patio season. Today Ashley gets in her feelings as she reflects on her last relationship that ultimately ended in a breakup. Ashley talks about what was going through her head as the relationship ended, and how she dealt with it during COVID. She never really spoke to anyone about the breakup after it happened, so listeners get the inside scoop on what she did to deal with it, even as the person who made the final decision. A different tone than what you’re used to on this podcast, but definitely worth listening to if you’ve been in the same position. Cheers to being 20 something and trying our best!

On today's episode, Ashley shows listeners why she should have worked for the FBI, because her insta creeping went to an all new level! PSA: be careful what you post on social media! Ashley then gets into today's topic, which is what to do when you're getting breadcrumbed. If you don't know what breadcrumbing is, you've come to the right place because chances are it's happened to you, and Ashley is here to tell you what you should and SHOULDN'T do about it. 

Ashley reflects on her first weekend out since lockdown began, and explains why she loves getting drunk. She also  dives into this weeks episode of the bachelorette and her thoughts on the mud wrestling group date.

Ashley talks about how she evolved from an anxiety driven person, into someone that leads with logic (kinda?). Her experience with CBT helped her learn to stop caring what people think, and to be a rational person. As always, Ashley has weekend updates and a funny story involving her dad, WHAT ELSE IS NEW? 

Today marks the 1 year anniversary of Ashley working at her company….AND LIVING IN TORONTO! Ashley spends time reflecting on the past year, and why this year she’s not looking to be acknowledged. Ashley talks about the dirty interaction she had with someone yesterday….quite literally. She ends off the segment talking about Katie’s season of the bachelorette and why the producers must HATE her (hint hint* low budget promo).
