2020 has been a tumultuous year for many. It is my hope that by sharing my experience with loss, grief and disappointment, I can encourage someone who may be facing a similar situation. Hope this can be a community where we can openly share and learn from each other's experiences.

At times we forget to pat ourselves on the back. It's okay to give yourself a thumbs up...stay focused and stay on course...you'll be ok
Just a few thoughts as I look back on my life.
If someone is on your mind, give the thought a moment of your time.
When it seems overwhelming, have a good cry, but don't forget to keep moving.
Though depression can become gateway to thoughts of suicide,it is not an option or the only way out.
There is a place for us to receive and acknowledge the opinions of others, but we need to know how much we should allow it to dictate our lives.
We all need help sometimes.
As I look back on 2020, I saw it fit to share a snippet of my experience, with the hope that it can encourage someone to keep going.
