Description
The Costa Report is a post-partisan talk show for thinking people – citizens who don’t care whether a solution comes from the left, right, or center, so long as it works.
Each week The Costa Report goes where the other networks won’t. Rebecca Costa delivers what other “big-name” talk show hosts don’t. She invites the world’s top newsmakers and thought-leaders to discuss the challenges we now face for one full hour each week. No sound bites. No talking points. Each show is completely un-scripted and un-edited. From government debt, healthcare and terrorism, to election, education and energy reform, no topic is off-limits.

This week Chairman Emeritus of global powerhouse, Young and Rubicam, Peter Georgescu joins us to talk about an issue which affects every individual, business and government leader in the United States, the unprecedented gap in income inequality. In my opinion, there is no better subject expert than Georgescu when it comes to laying out the mathematical and historical facts on how we got to this point and why the solution must come from business itself. If you’re a fan of Bernie Sanders you’re going to want to listen up, because Georgescu’s book is proof there is always more than one way to go at a complex problem like income inequality.

Today we are joined by political strategist and close confidant to President Trump, Mr. Roger Stone. Stone is set to give testimony on what he knows about the administrations contacts with Russia and the hacking of DNC emails. At the beginning of Russiagate, I stated on this program that you would have to look very long and hard to find a leader in Washington who has not met with Russian representatives, lobbyists and business people. This in itself is not a crime, nor is obtaining information about a political opponent so long as it doesn't involve things like breaking and entering or illegal wiretapping. Stone is going to help us to understand the basis of the investigation and whether or not it has merit.
