I’m nearly 54 years old and still reinventing myself! I don’t know where I’m headed or where I’ll end up in life, but I do know this, I continue to surprise myself with the things I have accomplished in the last three years.

Every year, more and more people are becoming unhealthy. Increasingly suffering from obesity, diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer's, autoimmune and respiratory diseases.  Are we getting sicker? Lazier? Why are we not getting healthier?
