I was doing intermittent fasting every day for about half a year and at first I was feeling great and I lost weight too, so I was happy. But then I started to experience symptoms that seemed to come from hormonal imbalance... I didn't want to admit that it was because of intermittent fasting (I was too happy about the weight I had lost!). After listening to several podcast episodes, all makes sense now!! I was totally not doing it right... Thank you for great education!
