We're always searching for a sign, but the answer is in the question. Deep down we know what it is we want. But then again, what if this is a sign? Join me this week as I talk about "signs" how I see them, look for them, and how they are cute nods from the universe that we're on the right path. I mean, what if this is literally your sign?
This week I reflect on the feeling of getting back into the swing of things after getting out of a funk. It is such a beautiful feeling to be in a happy content moment of life, and I don't take it for granted. This episode was a reminder for us, and even myself now and my future self of what happiness can look like in the biggest and smallest ways. How we can acknowledge the hard times but also bask in the happiness that is the good times. I hope you all enjoy <33
sensitive: (of a person or a person's behavior) having or displaying a quick and delicate appreciation of others' feelings. This week's episode came from a very vulnerable spot, but I'm excited to share it with you all! some of us are sensitive, feel things so deeply, and we work ourselves up over it. we question why we feel things the way we do. sometimes, its better to see the beauty in it. I don't have it figured out to fully overcome these emotions, but I do have some thoughts on how we can see the beauty in it. hope you enjoy <33

so I turned 22! it's weird that once you get older, I feel like birthdays seem to come around so fast. this week, I share what I learned from being 21, and what my goals are for this next year. I want my peace to be a top priority, so I curated some goals I hope to achieve in order to keep myself on track toward keeping my peace. also let's be real sometimes life happens and this stuff may not even be attainable, but I wanted to just speak my goals into existence with the hope of using them as a basis toward prioritizing peace as I enter this next stage of adulthood! OMG ALSO the way I'm writing this episode bio and the song "peace" by Taylor Swift just came on. literally what are the odds of that?! ANYWAYSSSSS love u all SOOO MUCH, xoxo, ale <333

we may think back on our past and cringe, feel frustrated, embarrassed, awkward, angry, or joyful. different moments at different phases of time from our past have brought us different emotions, whether we liked it or not. this week, my goal is for us to think of moments from our past we may or may not like, and thank the version of us from the past. we tend to think on past experiences and beat ourselves up or feel embarrassed for how we acted (or at least I have), but we need to thank the past us. those experiences we may have mixed emotions about made us, shaped us into the person we are today. we need to be thankful of the little version of us and all they went through to make us the individual we are today. so, I hope you enjoy the moments I share that I am proud of and thankful for, (thx past Ale!) because they truly impacted my life in the best way. xoxoxo, Ale <3
whether you are in a relationship, single, or literally at any place in life, solo dates are a MUST. this week, I share the importance of spending intentional alone time. I also assign you all homework after listening to this episode so if you know, you know. I love you all so so much, xoxoxo, Ale <33
