On this episode we bring on the president of the Upstate NY Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame, Carl Koenig. Carl is a historian of our sport for upstate NY. He shares with us who is being inducted in this year's ceremony as well as some of the high school awards being presented.

Great time jumping back on the mic after 8 months of no episodes. On this episode I bring on Josh Smith the man behind the NY-USAW rankings and a very knowledgeable guy in the NYS HS wrestling scene.
Fresh off University at Buffalo announcing Donnie Vinson as their new head coach, Donnie jumps onto MorWrestling to talk about the opportunity. Vinson comes from coaching the past 10 years at two of the nation's top programs, Cornell and North Carolina State. I fully believe Donnie has what it takes to turn Buffalo's program around and lead them in the right direction!!
Its always great to bring on a member of America's Team to the podcast!! 2024 NCAA All-American, Ben Pasiuk, joined the show to talk about his time at the historic Army West Point.
Coach Griswold joins the podcast for the first time in 3 years. Back in March of 2021, the Soaring Eagles were a new program that hadn't competed yet. Griswold has since led them to 3 successful seasons growing a culture and competitive atmosphere at Elmira College. We talk about the growth of Elmira's Women's program as well as the growth of Women's Wrestling at the HS and College level.
Milestone Episode!!! Zakk and I are back to recap the 2024 D3 NCAA's. I was fortunate enough to have gotten a media pass to attend the NCAA's in Wisconsin and what better way to spend episode 100 than to bring on three of our All-Americans on for this episode!!

The big news this week in NYS has been the talk of NYSPHSAA APPROVING Freestyle wrestling for our Girls Wrestling Championships.
Social Media was flooded with questions. What does this mean for NY? Zakk and I brought on 2 members of the NYSPHSAA Girls Wrestling Committee to further answer questions that have been asked this week.
