This is the introductory episode of the new podcast series "Semicolons and Serotonin" which is a part of Saarang’s social campaign Mann 2.0. Saarang is IIT Madras’ cultural fest and every year it supports a social cause. This year, our cause is centered around spreading awareness about mental health issues and increasing mental health literacy. As a part of this initiative, we have conducted sensitization sessions with school students, interviewed psychologists, and interacted with survivors who previously suffered from mental health issues.
