I would have left this comment sooner, but I was so busy binging the series and getting so engulfed in how well the story was written, how amazing the voice acting was, the way that the mystery has been unfolding around the city and the development of the characters, and how the lofi sound quality, jazz, and acoustic music all tie it together into one binge-worthy package. I also definitely appreciate the gratuitous night vale and King falls am references (especially the king falls am references, I love that dream girl city picked up some of the plot points/characters that King Falls AM didn't get around to developing and it definitely helps fill the void that KFAM left in my heart). with that said, Dream Girl City still manages to be its own unique thing with plenty of unique characters and story plots and Vibes. All In all, it's a very nice, ambient podcast with a decent amount of plot that definitely adds more to the experience if you listen to it at night like I do, and if you like
