Hien Claire joins the podcast with a unique story which I haven’t yet heard - what is it like being abandoned as a child? Hien was left under a bridge as a baby in 1993 and subsequently taken to an orphanage where she grew up until the age of eight, moving to France with her adopted family. Throughout this conversation Hien shares her lessons from this ordeal, why her faith in God has allowed her to bypass these difficult moments and why keeping connected and aligned with your inner child is absolutely vital.
Thank you Hien for sharing your story and giving me your time!

Perfect decisions only exist in hindsight, and ultimately the science of decision making is putting you on a path, positive, negative or otherwise. Even if it doesn’t work out initially, it’s likely to lead you to the place you deserve or need to be, and when we look back one day, all the comped and seemingly insignificant intricacies and synchronicities add up. Hear above! Enjoy!
Dinh Kim Loan is one of Vietnam’s most successful bodybuilders, having been a champion an astonishing thirteen times and competed in the industry for many years. Joining Building Blocks, Kim condenses bodybuilding into small enjoyable chunks, not being too focused on winning, ignoring the naysayers and how to cultivate a fun, enjoyable spirit in the heat of contest. If interested in how you have fun and work hard simultaneously, you can learn a lot from Kim!

‘I have an idea, is this feasible?’. Just asking this question aloud and outlining the pros and cons is a perfect way of getting to a yes/no conclusion. I share two recent travel examples I’ve had with this that sounded crazy initially, but ultimately we’re perfectly feasible and immensely rewarding. They involve the Maldives and ….. Manchester. Tomorrow’s episode dissects the latter. Hope you enjoy!
“Try your best.” It’s simple but it’s profound and practical, like all great suggestions and ideas. Sometimes my best isn’t much, sometimes it’s enormous. Whatever the case, “my best” is all I can give. I dissect a few of my findings on this topic in this short daily clip.
Need. I need this. I need that. I need I need I need. Do you really need it? What do I need? Find out in today’s sequel to ‘I am richer than I think’
I left Vietnam after four years in search of something different and a grand adventure, subconsciously believing that “something else was out there.” I knew I’d get some insight and clarity, for good or for bad. Here it is…..”I’m richer than I think.” And we all are. It was a mind fuck to acknowledge but I dissect throughout this episode. I hope you enjoy!
