This is our third episode explaining the very complex and channelled system called Human Design. Kristina educates us on how to read our charts to understand which our life purpose and how we filter information and energy. Here are the symbols and a brief description of what they mean: ☉ Conscious Sun – Your Divine InvitationYour conscious sun is the most important placement in your chart and is the “aim” the soul wants to experience. It makes up about 70% of your energy. Everything else in the chart supports the suns brightest expression.⊕ Conscious Earth – Your StabilityThe energy that keeps you grounded, stable, and able to show up authentically.Note: The conscious sun and earth are part of your incarnation cross. I do a deep dive on all four gates of your incarnation cross in the human design map. ☽ Conscious Moon – Your Relationship with SelfHow you relate to your intuition, emotions, and needs. Often, the moon will be a significant part of your inner dialogue and the way you talk yourself through situations. ☊ and ☋ Conscious Nodes – Your Petri Dish of PurposeThe way you will observe your own growth and expansion. From birth until Uranus Opposition, the south node is the petri dish, and after Uranus Opposition, the north node takes over.☿ Conscious Mercury – Your CurrencyHow you communicate and exchange value with your energy (aka not what you are saying, what you are being).♀ Conscious Venus – Your Sense of BeautyWhat you find beautiful about life and likely to place immense value on.♂ Conscious Mars – Your Poison ArrowThe thing you must express in the world lest it poisons your mind, body, and spirit♃ Conscious Jupiter – Your Expansion ExcelleratorThe thing that expands your consciousness when embodied in the high frequency and shuts down your consciousness when embodied in the low frequency♄ Conscious Saturn – Your Caution LightThe thing you must keep in check to receive the bounty of Jupiter.♅ Conscious Uranus – Your QuirksThe unusual or unique thing about how you express that energy. These tend to be more generational than personal because of the long transit time.♆ Conscious Neptune – Your MayaThe illusions you get trapped in and fight to escape. This also tends to be more generational because of transit time.♇ Conscious Pluto – Your Key of TruthThe things that unlocks the truth in your expression.Links:Christe Inge Gates LibraryFree Personalized ChartPictures of Charts Discussed in the EpisodeAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

This episode introduces the Obedient Critic, a villain archetype rooted in the fear of humiliation and obsession with hierarchy and order. Kristina breaks down how this archetype develops in high-pressure environments where performance and perfection are rewarded—and how it can show up as a moral superiority that isolates the individual from authentic connection. We explore the transformation journey from perfectionist and people-pleaser to the Hero (the Anarchist) and ultimately the Legend (the Equalizer), who is free of internalized hierarchy and embodies true humility and presence.Archetype Breakdown:Pinnacle Villain: The Obedient Critic — uses shame and order to control.Successful Antagonist: The Perfectionist — believes perfect behavior can prevent shame.Wounded Child: The Impostor — feels inherently outside the system.Covert Form: The People Pleaser — overfunctions to relieve pressure and maintain peace.Hero: The Anarchist — dismantles internal and external hierarchy.Legend: The Equalizer — creates belonging through humility and integrity.Key Concepts:The wound of humiliation leads to rigid systems of control. How early childhood environments (e.g. rigid parenting, institutional pressure) shape this archetype. The trap of confusing shame avoidance with moral superiority. Why the Equalizer isn’t just rebellious—but relational and rooted.Releasing “obedience to the system” in favor of creating systems rooted in mutual dignity.Case Study: Reddit AITA Post AnalysisScenario: Husband lies about Valentine’s plans to be with his abusive mother.Archetypes:Mother = Obedient CriticHusband = People Pleaser (covert)Wife = Anarchist in transitionThemes: Shame, inherited obedience, loyalty vs protection, moral blindness.Referenced Tools:Human Design: Root Center (pressure to act, perform, do)Enneagram: Type 1 (Reformer/Perfectionist)Drama Triangle: Persecutor (Villain), Victim (Wounded Child), Rescuer (Covert Form)Study link: https://www.canonsociaalwerk.eu/1971_stigma/1973%20Rosenhan%20Being%20sane%20in%20insane%20places%20OCR.pdf?utm_source=chatgpt.comQuotes:“You are effectively keeping yourself in a toxic system and calling it integrity.”“The Obedient Critic doesn’t want connection—they want order.”“Humiliation is the worst possible wound for this archetype. Welcome to mini-episode between episodes where we take a break from shadow work to discuss current events and special interests. Today, we discuss the recent studies highlighting the superior outcomes of female surgeons as well as the concept of Madeline Murdock's heroine's journey. Also, Anna’s TSF TikTok ended up in a British Tabloid.First, we discuss two recent, groundbreaking, studies revealing that on average, female surgeons achieve better short-term and long-term patient outcomes compared to their male counterparts. The results revealed that patients treated by female surgeons were more likely to experience lower mortality rates and fewer complications (like infection or stroke) compared to patients treated by male surgeons. Then, we explore Madeline Murdock's Heroine's Journey, a concept inspired by Joseph Campbell's monomyth. The concept was developed by renowned author and mythologist, Maureen Murdock, as a response to the predominantly male-focused hero's journey. The heroine's journey focuses on the unique challenges and transformative experiences faced by female protagonists. The stages of the heroine’s journey include:- Separation from the Feminine: the heroine embarks on a quest for self-discovery, breaking away from societal expectations and limitations.- Initiation and Descent: She faces trials, confronts her fears, and undergoes a transformative experience that leads to personal growth.- Return and Integration: the heroine integrates her newfound wisdom and strength into her life, creating positive change in herself and her community.Links:Female SurgeonsMaureen Murdock Joseph CampbellHeroine’s JourneyIcelandic Board RequirementsNear Death Experience EpisodeAnna’s NDE in a British TabloidThe Alien is Cake!Down Girl, by Kate ManneAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

On today’s episode of This Spiritual Fix, two best friends discuss another possible paranormal phenomenon: Missing 411s, which are mysterious disappearances in National Parks or the wilderness. These cases have baffled investigators for years, with no clear explanation for what happened. The cases share several commonalities, including the suddenness of the disappearance, lack of evidence or clues, and the strange circumstances surrounding the disappearances. Some speculate these disappearances are linked to Bigfoot, cryptids, aliens, or other paranormal activity. A more rational explanation is that these disappearances are simply the result of accidents or foul play. However, this doesn't explain why so many people seem to vanish without a trace. speaking about changing dimensions with phycedelics.. I just started watching a documentary series "How to change your mind" it states that Bill Wilson (co-founder of AA) had a spiritual experience during the LSD trials at the time. It began a spiritual experience for him curing his alcoholism and catapulting him towards the creation of AA That seems like timeline hopping to me.
