Four years ago, I brought Victor on the show while navigating my own fertility challenges and exploring deuterium depletion. He told me, “It’s going to work,” and now I’m back with my two-and-a-half-year-old son.In this episode, we revisit the science behind deuterium-depleted water, how it supports mitochondrial function, hormones, and overall metabolic health, and why it’s not the same as just changing your diet. We also cover who depletion might be right for, myths around DIY methods, and how to get started safely.→ Check Out Litewater - use code SARAHK and take 10% off - at https://www.drinklitewater.com/?rfsn=8734175.65abac&utm_source=refersion&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=8734175.65abacTopics Discussed: → What is deuterium depletion and how does it affect fertility?→ Can deuterium-depleted water improve mitochondrial health?→ Is it possible to make deuterium-depleted water at home?→ How does deuterium impact hormones and metabolic function?→ Who should consider trying a deuterium depletion protocol?Watch my last episode with Victor from 2021 - https://youtu.be/STqlQ462VjETimestamps:→ 00:00:00 - Introduction → 00:03:06 - Deuterium depletion → 00:07:20 - Importance of lifestyle change → 00:08:35 - Basal body temperature → 00:12:11 - Chronic low temperature → 00:14:54 - Parasites & health cleanses → 00:19:24 - Perimenopause → 00:22:48 - Aging & Deuterium → 00:28:29 - 3 weeks of a good habit → 00:30:44 - Dangers of sleep aids → 00:33:10 - Insulin & deuterium depletion → 00:36:21 - Deuterium depletion and weight loss→ 00:40:35 - Hormones & mitochondria → 00:42:01 - Coconut water & dry fasting → 00:45:24 - Detox pathways → 00:50:23 - Shifting away from Big Pharma→ 00:56:39 - Mice studies & stress resilience → 00:59:53 - Antiaging science → 01:05:03 - Oversupplementation → 01:11:04 - Listening to your intuition → 01:17:51 - Deuterium protocol → 01:25:22 - Importance of discipline Show Links:→ What is the real cause of aging? In this episode, I’m joined once again by my friend Kashif Khan to explore why the same supplement or treatment can help one person but harm another. We zero in on one surprising environmental trigger that affects nearly everyone differently: plug-in air fresheners, and how these little devices can quietly disrupt your hormones, energy, and detox pathways. We also dive deeper into the genetic blueprint of the body, especially for those navigating perimenopause and considering hormone replacement therapy. Thanks to voices like Dr. Andrew Huberman and Dr. Stacy Sims, cold plunging has gotten a lot of attention over the last few years - but today I’m bringing you someone who goes even deeper. Dr. Thomas P. Seager is, in my opinion, one of the world’s top experts on ice bathing. Not only did he use it to reverse his own chronic health conditions (conditions doctors couldn’t explain, let alone treat), but he’s also helped countless people use cold therapy to recover from debilitating and even terminal illnesses. In this episode, we explore how cold exposure impacts hormones, fertility, mitochondrial health, and so much more. I also share a bit about my own pregnancy and experience with cold plunging. Topics Discussed:→ Can cold plunge therapy improve hormone balance?→ Does ice bathing help with fertility and testosterone?→ How does cold exposure support mitochondrial health?→ Can chronic illness be reversed with cold therapy?Sponsored By:→ Black Lotus Shilajit | Visit: www.blacklotusshilajit.com and Use Code: SARAHK for 15% the entire site!→ Bon Charge | Click here & use code for SARAHKLEINER for 15% off storewide. → Troscriptions | There’s a completely new way to optimize your health. In this episode, I’m joined by Dr. Vincent Esposito for a thought-provoking conversation that explores both our differences and shared values in the health space. This episode felt less about genuinely helping people and more about selling a very expensive product. they don't offer advice for people who can't afford such an expensive filter. The website for the filter is vague and not transparent with costs, they want to rope you in to talking with customer service. I generally love that your content involves steps that anyone can implement, listening to this episode just felt like listening to a very long advertisement.

Thank you for having Dr. Mindy on! She has so much info that's vital for menopausal women like me. Loving your podcast too! 😊
