3oz orange juice
2oz pineapple juice
0.5-1oz lime juice to taste
In a glass filled with ice, add your white rum, triple sec, orange, pineapple and lime juice, give it a stir and float an ounce of spiced rum on top! Enjoy!

Spicy Mango Margaritas
2oz tequila blanco
1oz fresh lime juice
4oz mango juice
1oz fresh orange juice (or triple sec)
agave to taste
jalapeño and mango slices
in a jar or a shaker, take your jalapeño and mango slices and muddle them together. Add in ice and all other ingredients, shake together until the outside of your jar is cold and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Enjoy!

Homemade Cold Brew Concentrate
1.5 cups ground coffee of choice
4 cups cold water
In a large mason jar add your ground coffee and top with cold water, give it a stir and seal the jar or cover the opening with cling wrap. Put it in the fridge and leave it to steep for 14-18 hours. Once time has passed, strain the coffee through a fine mesh strainer and a cheesecloth or nut milk bag. To serve use equal parts concentrate and water to dilute, and add your creamers of choice!
