Notice when things start to feel forced and allow yourself to stop doing them. Think about your inner child. Would you force your child to continue to do things they do not like? Would you force your child to continue to date or be friends with someone you don’t like?
Sometimes perfectionism makes us feel like we need to prove ourselves to others. It says we need to prove we are good at things whether it be drawing or creating tiktoks. Allow yourself to release the want to prove yourself. Allow yourself to exist in peace without judgement.
