I’m back everybody! And, In this heartfelt solo podcast episode, I share my life lately and inner struggles while leading a rapidly growing company. I've achieved and even exceeded my goals, yet the fear of failure leaves me standing at a crossroads. I discuss the harmful pursuit of blind optimism, and my journey to sit with the grief of the moment. Discover how I'm learning to embrace the fear of leaving my comfort zone, shedding tears while dancing, and finding solace in the belief that everything will be alright.
Ivan Munye is the managing director of CALI Fitness and loves to call himself the P.E Teacher for Adults.
