Lets us live, love, laugh each day to the fullest and when we meet a bump along the way, be there to pick each other up.

We continue to examine how our Heavenly Father taught us to pray. When we understand what we pray it strengthens our focus and the way we pray. Sometimes we recite words out of habit but when we understand what we pray we learn to pray with more effectively.
A good friend said to me one day, in a quite daunting , negative tone Dennise " Prayers Are Just Words of Comfort" I felt a little nudge , and it got me thinking as to that persons thought process. Yes prayers bring comfort but I strongly believe in the power of prayer . Sometimes we pray out of habit and repetition, not understanding the words we pray or why we pray. We just say words . So I decided to examine prayer a little more closely.
Its not worth it. Life is short forgive even if its not your fault . less physical and emotional pain. We van make our transition at any given time tomorrow isn't promised, lets keep our hearts clean.
During this life you will experience emotional hurt , learn to let it go quickly it is more of detriment to you than the other person. Let your heart be free and clean.
No one can put a time limit on grieving, however we can't stay there forever as its not good for our mental health. We must come to acceptance, which is a process that requires less dependence on self and more reliance on God. We can't do this in the physical it has to be dependence on our comforter the Holy Spirit. Invite Him in your space , shut out all distractions, PRAY and Cry OUT!!!!!
Life is very brief, death is sure and grief is real.Live , love , laugh and forgive. Share this podcast with anyone you might know suffering the loss of a loved one. This is my share as human beings we need to be there one for another.
We have been bombarded by so much in the last couple of years. Our minds are overwhelmed and we can't very well live in a bubble. But there is a solution to protect your mind, take a quick listen. Share with anyone who you might think need to hear this. Love you all my friends and family.

How do we navigate through these disturbing times? We are all waiting for the return of some form of normalcy to our lives , until then how do we cope, and is there hope? Yes there is!!!
Sex is a wonderful thing but sometimes it gets left behind or is just not happening for some.

Building strong immunity is so important for the healthy functioning of our bodies. Over the last year we have been bombarded with so many stressors that affected us mentally and physically. The good news is we can be proactive in strengthening our immune system and protecting our temples.
Mental illness is real and can affect anyone at any time in their life. Let us break the stereotype that cause people to suffer in silence. Instead let us educate and bring awareness so that people will reach out for help.
Mental health is real, there is no shame in seeking help.
