The episode of Oracle Class Program from ‘The Internship Show’ is my favorite episode in the series. I was also a internship candidate from Oracle, even though I got a rejection email. The reason why I chose this episode as my favorite among many is that I got to know what I have done wrong in my application. The podcast began with a brief introduction of the interviewee, Laruen Pyle, who focuses recruiting candidates of Class Of Program in Oracle. Pyle explained what is Class Of Program and dived into the training candidates in the program receive and more. The host of the podcast, Pell began with questions about the ideal candidates that Oracle’s recruiter thinks and what are the critical aspects that candidate should have. One of the points that Pyle made that I particularly remember is that Oracle does not expect each candidate to have many internship experiences and researches they have done. What they actually look for are how well the candidate prepared for this program and is
